TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HSE Officer for its team in Lahore / Sundar Industrial Estate. This opportunity is suitable for HSE professionals with practical knowledge of workplace safety, inspections, risk assessment, PPE compliance, fire safety and emergency procedures.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HSE experience, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial environment, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
  • Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
  • Conduct safety briefings and awareness sessions.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports.
  • Maintain HSE records, checklists, inspection reports and documentation.
  • Assist in emergency preparedness, fire safety and evacuation drills.
  • Coordinate with different departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • IOSH / NEBOSH / OSHA certification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety, risk assessment, PPE, fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
